We are currently seeking a Senior Data Analytics Consultant, available for work in any of our offices or remotely.
Our vibrant Data & Analytics team, composed of both specialists and generalists, provides guidance to clients across various sectors, addressing their unique needs and aspirations. They also oversee the continuous enhancement of our internal reporting framework.
As a cohesive unit, we devise strategies, concepts, services, and campaigns for our global clientele, steering them towards success in the realm of digital marketing. Our recommendations are firmly grounded in data insights, particularly customer insights, and we consistently evaluate and refine our initiatives. To facilitate this, we employ advanced digital dashboards and cutting-edge tools.

Utilize your expertise to execute engaging analytics and tracking projects in collaboration with our external and international clients across various industries. Provide comprehensive advisory services to clients regarding all aspects of data & analytics. Assist our client & project management teams by contributing to pitching, estimating, requirements gathering, feasibility assessments, and project planning. Engage in solution design, leveraging existing client systems or proposing new ones and outlining their functionality. Foster team development by enhancing analytics/tools knowledge and improving team efficiency. Conduct the conception and creation of performance-oriented key figure analyses for websites, online channels, mobile applications, and multichannel campaigns. Oversee the ongoing optimization of our internal reporting tools. Mentor your team and assist them in deriving actionable recommendations.Your Qualifications:
Proven experience in data consulting firms or similar organizations within marketing or professional services. A strong academic background with a focus on mathematics, statistics, or analytics. Conceptual and practical experience in data analysis, data engineering, business intelligence, project planning, and effort estimation. Business Development skills in areas such as value recognition, service offering preparation, sales, and client management. Strong communication skills, particularly in client interactions. Demonstrated leadership experience. Familiarity with statistical, programming, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI & Data Studio), ETL processes, and development frameworks. Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Optimize is advantageous. Proficiency in JavaScript, SQL, HTML, PHP, R, and/or Python is required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.Application Process:
