Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive data strategy, aligning with business objectives.
  • Establish a unified business intelligence approach, fostering data ownership and collaboration.
  • Oversee and coordinate data analytics, engineering, and science teams, ensuring project success.
  • Lead and manage data teams, fostering growth and maximizing impact.
Data Governance and Compliance
  • Implement robust data governance policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Establish a strong data culture, ensuring responsible and ethical data use.
  • Align data acquisition, storage, management, monitoring, analysis, and dissemination with compliance frameworks.
Drive Data-Driven Insights and Innovation
  • Spearhead data science initiatives, empowering informed decision-making.
  • Provide exceptional business consulting, leveraging data to optimize operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless data integration.
Stay Ahead of the Data Curve
  • Stay abreast of the latest data trends and technologies, identifying opportunities to enhance data capabilities.
  • Recommend innovative data solutions, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Position Trust In SODA as a data-driven leader in the industry.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Science, or related fields, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Advanced Data Science working experience, either hands-on or through managerial leadership.
  • Deep technical understanding of data architecture and expertise in data analytics infrastructure.
  • Excel in data science concepts, practices, and methodologies.
  • Proven experience leading and managing data projects, including expertise with high-scalability data platforms.
  • Expertise in setting up Data Governance and Data Lifecycle Management practices.
  • Comprehensive understanding of industry-specific data regulations and certifications.
  • Exceptional communication skills, ensuring clear data insights and strong relationships with internal and external partners.
