Lead Consultant in Financial Advisory

Together with your team in the Accounting & Process Advisory sector, you will support our clients in the healthcare industry and the public sector at various levels – from hospitals to digital startups. Tackle comprehensive governance issues by integrating strategic considerations, engaging with controlling, financial management, cost accounting, and performance measurement topics, and utilizing digital methods and tools to shape the future of healthcare and the public sector.
Your Responsibilities

- As a Lead Consultant (m/f/d) in Financial Advisory - Healthcare & Public Sector, you will manage national and international clients in the healthcare and public sectors.
- You will be responsible for benchmarking and screening corporate processes.
- Your role will include the creation, validation, and assessment of medically oriented business plans.
- You will conduct system, market, and regulatory analyses with a focus on healthcare systems.
- You will assist in developing project management and risk strategies.
- You will support governance projects, such as the introduction and implementation of risk and compliance management systems, and oversee audit-related topics.
- To become a Lead Consultant (m/f/d) in Financial Advisory - Healthcare & Public Sector, you should possess a successfully completed degree in business administration with a focus on health economics or public sector (or a comparable profile).
- Ideally, you have at least two years of professional experience in the healthcare industry or public sector, including healthcare, life sciences, accounting, and controlling.
- You have gained initial experience in project management.
- You demonstrate a strong interest in domestic and international healthcare systems.
- You are proficient in using standard MS Office applications.
- Your qualifications are complemented by a willingness to travel as required in consulting and fluent German and English language skills.
