About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Teraki. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing full-cycle Human Resources support to the company, including recruitment, talent development, and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the industry.
    • Collaborate with the team to create job postings, screen candidates, and manage the selection process.
    • Ensure a professional, transparent, and consistent candidate experience.
  • Talent Development and Management
    • Develop and implement talent development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
    • Collaborate with the management team to identify training needs and develop training plans.
    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of talent development programs.
  • Employee Experience and Engagement
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and experience.
    • Collaborate with the management team to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of employee experience initiatives.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of professional experience in recruitment, talent development, and talent management in a tech company.
  • Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Economics, or Social Studies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for people development and growth.
