About the People Analytics team:
- Data Infrastructure & Architecture: We construct and oversee the data warehouse (AWS or BigQuery), incorporating new systems to boost our analytical capabilities while ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Reporting and Visualization: Establish and standardize People KPIs across various teams, providing automated reporting solutions through Tableau or other BI tools for effective data representation.
- Advanced Analytics & Data Science: Identify and articulate significant trends in workforce data, utilizing analytics and data science methodologies to offer actionable insights.
- Purpose and Mission: Empower senior management to make informed, data-driven decisions, enhance employee satisfaction, and elevate business performance through thorough data analysis.
- Long-term Goals: Strive for global reporting of essential metrics with high precision, simplify intricate HR and business challenges, and weave data insights into everyday decision-making.
- Collaborative Approach: Partner closely with local People Analytics teams to synchronize metrics and reporting standards, ensuring a cohesive strategy for data management.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with People Analytics teams, CHROs, P&C leaders, People Partners, and Senior Leaders for strategic decision-making grounded in reliable data.
- Value Addition: Integrate data across global teams, establishing a single source of truth for dependable and consistent leadership decisions.
About the role:
- Data Warehouse Management: Design, construct, and maintain the architecture and infrastructure of our data warehouse, ensuring system integration and data compliance.
- KPI Standardization: Define and align People KPIs across local teams, implementing automated reporting solutions for streamlined data visualization and analysis.
- Analytics and Insights: Leverage advanced analytics to reveal significant patterns in workforce data, and develop data science models that yield actionable insights.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Gather requirements from CHROs and other stakeholders, translating these into actionable plans, and serving as the primary contact for people data.
- Global Reporting: Collaborate with local teams for global reporting of key metrics, ensuring a unified and reliable data source for strategic decisions.
- Training and Adoption: Provide training and support to facilitate the adoption of new BI tools and reporting practices, enhancing overall data literacy and user experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar People/HR data-driven role (3+ years required)
- Proficient in SQL and knowledgeable about data pipelines
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related technical fields
- Demonstrated experience with Tableau and strong storytelling capabilities
- Skilled in data visualization, capable of creating innovative and engaging representations of People data
Nice to have:
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing senior stakeholders
- Fundamental understanding of statistics and basic principles of data analysis
