About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our team at HelloFresh. As a key member of our Product Analytics community, you will be responsible for driving business growth through data-driven insights and strategic decision making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a high-quality data catalogue, ensuring seamless data delivery and documentation.
  • Collaborate with data product managers and engineers to create reusable data products, driving best practices across the organization.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project objectives, and execute data-driven projects.
  • Partner with senior product leaders to set strategic priorities and promote evidence-based decision making.
  • Communicate actionable insights clearly across the organization, highlighting the "so-whats" of your analyses to drive business growth.
  • Analyse customer behaviour and product performance data to detect growth opportunities and improve user experience.
  • Guide and mentor other product analysts, defining best practices and providing support to help individuals and the team grow in effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in quantitative analysis roles, ideally with 5+ years of working closely with product teams.
  • Expert-level SQL and Python skills for analysis and data manipulation.
  • Strong knowledge of data visualisation tools like Tableau.
  • Experience with A/B experiments, interpreting results, and deep diving to understand impact.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven track record of leading complex projects and building capability within teams.
  • A change mindset, with a focus on driving business value through data-driven insights.
