KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- As an Expert in our Accounts Payable & Freight Cost Management division, you will coordinate and enhance specialized processes, transitioning them to SAP S4 with a global and holistic approach throughout the procure-to-pay process chain.
- You will oversee significant project segments, ensuring successful execution.
- Your role involves gathering, assessing, and proposing requirements for project rollout and implementation strategies.
- In collaboration with product owners and both internal and external stakeholders, you will ensure effective gatekeeping and provide solutions that foster transparency, comprehension, and success across project phases.
- Effective communication with all involved parties regarding project status, challenges, risks, and business needs will be essential.
- You will monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends alongside dedicated experts.
- Additionally, you will continuously enhance your expertise, sharing knowledge and exchanging ideas with colleagues within expert communities.
QUALIFICATIONS
- In-depth knowledge of purchase-to-pay processes, with technical proficiency and ideally initial experience in leading projects and processes.
- Proficient user skills in Microsoft environments, SAP R/3 FI & MM.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- A passion for personal and professional development, while considering the interests of the company and our service unit, and communicating these clearly and openly.
