Expert Accounts Payable Specialist

Accounts Payable & Freight Cost Management
In our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing specialist processes as an Expert, while moving them to SAP S4, in terms of a global and end-to-end orientation along the procure-to-pay process chain.
Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for major projects segments.
- You will gather, review, and propose requirements for the rollout and project implementation measures.
- You will work together with product owners, internal & external stakeholders to guarantee gatekeeping and provide solutions that enable transparency, understanding and success of the project waves.
- You will communicate efficiently and effectively with all the involved parties about project status, gaps, issues, risks, knowledge and business needs.
- You will monitor KPI's and trends together with the dedicated experts.
- You will continuously expand your expertise, pass it on and exchange ideas with colleagues in the expert communities.
Qualifications:
- Strong purchase-to-pay process know-how, technically proficient and ideally first experiences in leading projects & processes.
- Very good user skills in MS environment, SAP R/3 FI & MM.
- Strong communication und presentation skills in English, other language is an advantage.
- You will enjoy developing yourself and others, keeping the interests of the company and our service unit in mind and communicating these openly and clearly.
