Expert Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Expert Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team at Supplier and Reporting. As a key member of our Accounts Payable & Freight Cost Management unit, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and optimizing specialist processes, moving them to SAP S4, and ensuring a global and end-to-end orientation along the procure-to-pay process chain.
Responsibilities- Coordinate and optimize specialist processes as an Expert, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of processes.
- Lead major projects segments, gathering, reviewing, and proposing requirements for rollout and project implementation measures.
- Collaborate with product owners, internal & external stakeholders to guarantee gatekeeping and provide solutions that enable transparency, understanding, and success of project waves.
- Communicate effectively with all involved parties about project status, gaps, issues, risks, knowledge, and business needs.
- Monitor KPIs and trends together with dedicated experts.
- Continuously expand your expertise, pass it on, and exchange ideas with colleagues in expert communities.
- Strong purchase-to-pay process know-how, technically proficient, and ideally first experiences in leading projects & processes.
- Very good user skills in MS environment, SAP R/3 FI & MM.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English, other language is an advantage.
