Retail Operations Supervisor

Are you interested in becoming a part of our MAX&Co. team as a Retail Operations Supervisor?
The Retail Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in enhancing sales performance in alignment with corporate standards by leading, inspiring, and nurturing on-floor personnel. This position ensures optimal staff allocation based on customer traffic and business goals.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Meeting the qualitative and quantitative targets set by the Store Manager
- Overseeing store operations in the absence of the Store Manager
- Facilitating the development and growth of team members in collaboration with the Store Manager
- Encouraging role-specific learning through proactive, collaborative, and digital initiatives aimed at innovation and enhancing the effectiveness of responsibilities
- Identifying practical solutions to adjust staff presence on the sales floor according to customer and market demands
- Managing commercial events effectively in partnership with the Store Manager
We are looking for candidates who possess:

- Experience in Retail Management
- Advanced skills in Team Leadership and Motivation
- Strong Organizational and Communication abilities
- Fluency in both German and English; knowledge of Italian and Russian is a plus
