About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Salesforce to lead our team of Salesforce Specialists in Hamburg, Germany.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a 6 times consecutive year award-winning organisation on an ambitious growth plan for the next 18 months.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce Specialists to deliver outstanding results.
  • Drive the expansion and growth of our Salesforce presence in Germany.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize Salesforce solutions.
  • Implement best practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, learning, and development within the team.
Requirements
  • Proven experience leading large teams of Salesforce Specialists.
  • Strong background in expanding/building up teams in Germany.
  • Fluency in German is a must.
  • Relevant Salesforce certifications are highly desirable.
  • Expertise in Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud within Salesforce.
