Role Overview:We are seeking a data-oriented, proactive, and entrepreneurial individual to enhance our operations in Munich. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our fleet, managing warehouse teams, and addressing the local needs of our riders. Your responsibilities will span the entire operational journey, from vehicle arrival at the warehouse to the conclusion of customer rides. This position offers a unique opportunity to influence the future of mobility in Munich.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruit, train, and mentor Mechanics and Fleet Support personnel responsible for the deployment and retrieval of our electric vehicles.
- Create a safe, compliant, and efficient warehouse environment that ensures a fully operational fleet.
- Establish new processes and best practices to enhance operational efficiency within the warehouse.
- Collaborate cross-functionally on operational projects to identify growth opportunities in your region.
- Define and track KPIs to assess profitability, revenue, and operational performance.
- Assist in managing customer complaints and investigating incidents.
- Work with local Government Relations to address legal, regulatory, and safety matters.
- Foster positive relationships with customers, regulators, employees, and Lime management.
- Partner with Engineering and Product teams to implement local initiatives aimed at revenue growth.
- 1-3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in an Operations role.
- Experience in team leadership is advantageous.
- Strong familiarity with the Munich region and the ability to foresee operational needs and challenges.
- A resilient and entrepreneurial mindset, capable of thriving in a dynamic environment.
- High-energy individual with sound decision-making skills, leveraging data for cost-effective solutions.
- Fluency in both English and German, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets; knowledge of Tableau and SQL is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
