Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Dynamic Sales Professional to manage our Go-to-Market activities in Germany. This role is unique in its scope, encompassing Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. The primary focus will be on driving user growth through sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and expand a territory with a focus on balancing new customer acquisition with nurturing existing accounts.
- Own the entire sales process from beginning to end, including prospecting, lead generation, qualification, value proposition presentation, solution demonstration, negotiation, and closing.
- Conduct cold calls and reach out to new teams at existing customers to explain the value proposition, demonstrate solutions, and convert prospects into loyal customers.
- Receive guidance and support from leadership but exercise independent thinking and initiative to achieve sales goals.
- Run account forensics to enable a data-driven sales approach, customized to the individual customer.
- Execute strategic sales plays tailored to specific customer profiles.
- Follow up on leads and inbound requests in your territory and maximize conversion rate of trials.
- Localize and run marketing campaigns – with support from our central team.
- Enable post-deal product adoption (e.g. trainings) supported by a central enablement team.
- Monitor customer health, detect and prevent churn.
Your Profile:
- 3-5+ years of experience in a commercial role (e.g. account management, sales, customer success, business development) in SaaS / software or tech company – ideally in a start-up or scale-up setting.
- University Degree, preferably in business or computer science, or related field.
- Local work experience in Germany.
- Experience in navigating organizational structures and corporate dynamics of large customers.
- Understanding of common GTM tools.
- Excellent virtual communication and presentation skills with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Self-starter with a can-do attitude and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Appreciation of our product – willingness to understand think-cell's product is a must (don't worry, it's very intuitive), experience with think-cell a plus.
- Willingness to work on-site in Berlin, minimum of 3 days/week.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English and German is a must, any additional European language is a plus.
