Key Responsibilities
  • Define and prioritize product backlogs to ensure alignment with business goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and features
  • Analyze data to inform product decisions and drive business outcomes
  • Develop and maintain technical requirements for product features
  • Lead acceptance testing and ensure successful product launches
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Owner in a SaaS environment
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and technical mindset
  • Experience with Conversational AI or Contact Center industry is a plus
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
