About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Product Owner to join our team and play a crucial role in establishing Privileged Access Management (PAM) capabilities across METRO AG to protect digital assets and ensure secure access to critical resources. The successful candidate will bridge technical teams, including METRO.digital, and business stakeholders to ensure PAM objectives align with METRO's business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the development, maintenance, and strategy of the PAM platform, defining its vision, prioritizing features, and ensuring alignment with Compliance and Information Security standards.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to gather, prioritize, and document IAM requirements, translating them into actionable product features and capabilities.
  • Monitor and evaluate IAM solution performance, security, compliance, and usability, driving continuous improvement through proactive problem-solving.
  • Develop and communicate a strategic vision and roadmap for IAM products, focusing on Identity Governance and Administration, Access Management, Privileged Access, and Secret Management.
Requirements
  • Proven ability to develop and communicate a strategic vision and roadmap for IAM products.
  • Strong collaboration skills to gather, prioritize, and document IAM requirements.
  • In-depth knowledge of the development and improvement process, with experience in overseeing product development, particularly in IAM.
  • Strong analytical skills to monitor and evaluate IAM solution performance, security, compliance, and usability.
  • Excellent documentation skills in creating, maintaining, and updating documentation and training materials for IAM products.
  • Effective communication skills to serve as a bridge between business stakeholders, architects, and METRO.digital infrastructure teams.

Requirements

Please note that all job opportunities at METRO AG require that you live in/move to Germany and can be in office in Düsseldorf at least 2 times per week. We don't offer 100% remote opportunities.
