Join Our Team as a Business Product Owner

We are a successful, family-owned, and financially independent SaaS company with a beautiful campus in the Düsseldorf Media Harbour. Since 2004, we have been building telephone solutions, with around 300 colleagues working cross-functionally, self-organized, fairly, and on an equal footing.

We are looking for a Business Product Owner to join our team and help us develop our products. Our main product is sipgate - a cloud-based telephone system with apps, CRM integrations, and over 150 business features. We have over 35,000 B2B customers using sipgate, and we process over 10 million calls per month over our digital fixed and mobile networks.

We are constantly developing our products, and we have many concrete ideas in the pipeline, such as AI features and integrations that we want to implement as soon as possible. We need your help to make our product vision a reality for our customers.

Your Day-to-Day Work

  • You will work closely with your cross-functional team to bring our product vision to life and create value through incremental work.

  • You will ensure that the return on investment (ROI) is always in sight when implementing new features.

  • You will prioritize features to ensure that we are working on what our customers and the business need.

  • You will manage stakeholders and be able to say no when necessary.

  • You will ensure transparency throughout the organization and with our customers, so everyone understands what we are working on and what the next steps are.

What We're Looking For

  • You have several years of experience as a Business Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar role in the SaaS industry.

  • You are comfortable taking on responsibility and thrive in agile working environments - for you, these are not just buzzwords, but active principles.

  • You are a team player, but also have a good sense of entrepreneurship. You recognize opportunities and design processes with a clear entrepreneurial focus.

  • You are not intimidated by uncertainty, but see it as an opportunity to discover new things and move forward.

  • You value honest feedback, open communication, and quick decision-making.
