{"h2": "About the Role", "p": "We're seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Berlin. As a key member of our trading team, you'll play a crucial role in driving the growth of our innovative marketplace, connecting buyers and suppliers globally.

In this role, you'll manage the full sales cycle, identify new opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the sales team and develop strategies to drive revenue growth
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless trade between customers and suppliers
* Provide feedback on platform functionality and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
* Mentor new team members and foster a culture of continuous learning
* Address customer concerns and work towards effective problem resolution

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
* At least 4 years of experience in Sales and Business Development roles
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in German (native speaker fluency preferred) and good English command
* Go-To-Market, entrepreneurial, and self-driven mindset
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
