Job Description
Wir suchen einen Line Manager (m/w/d) für unsere Produktionslinien im Bereich Automotive am Standort Flensburg.
Job Summary
Als Line Manager bist du verantwortlich für die Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs und führst fachlich und disziplinarisch die jeweiligen Supervisor und Produktionsmitarbeitenden deiner Produktionslinie.
Key Responsibilities
- Volle Personal- und Budget- und Kostenverantwortung für deine Produktionslinie
- Planung der Produktionsauslastung, Prozessoptimierung und Sicherstellung von DBS Methoden in der Produktion
- Durchführung von Maßnahmen zum Erhalt der Zertifizierungen (IATF 16949)
Requirements
Wir suchen eine Führungspersönlichkeit mit abgeschlossenem Studium (technisch oder kaufmännisch) oder einer vergleichbaren Aus- und Weiterbildung mit mehrjähriger Berufs- und Führungserfahrung.
