Administrative Coordinator for Energy Markets

Position Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator for Energy Markets (f/m/d) to join our dynamic team in Essen. In this role, you will be instrumental in facilitating office operations and supporting both team members and executives. Your key responsibilities will encompass:
- Organizing and streamlining office functions
- Managing procurement processes for office supplies and IT resources
- Executing administrative duties and overseeing employee onboarding and offboarding
- Coordinating schedules and managing calendars
- Addressing internal and external inquiries
- Arranging travel logistics and meeting schedules
- Preparing documents and maintaining databases
- Participating in various ad-hoc projects as required
Candidate Profile:
- Completed commercial training or equivalent experience in a support role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with familiarity in systems like SAP
- Fluent in both English and German; additional languages are advantageous
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and coordination abilities
- Strong prioritization skills with the capacity to meet deadlines
- Positive demeanor, proactive approach, and a commitment to finding solutions
