Wir suchen eine engagierte Person, die sich für die Position als Customer Service Associate (m/w/d) in unserer Hamburger Boutique begeistert hat.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Die optimale Betreuung der After Sales Kundschaft
  • Die administrative Verwaltung des Aufgabenbereichs von der Annahme bis zur Rückgabe der Produkte
  • Intensive Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit mit dem Richemont Customer Service
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Zwischen- und Hauptinventuren im Bereich Reparaturen und Lederbänder
  • Strukturierung und Organisation des Service Bereichs
  • Technische Arbeiten wie Politur, Gravur und Uhrband-wechsel/-kürzung
  • Proaktives Beschwerdemanagement

Ihr Qualifikationsprofil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder technische Ausbildung als Uhrmacher oder Goldschmied; Quereinsteiger aus der Hotellerie sind ebenfalls willkommen
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der After Sales Kundenbetreuung, idealerweise im Schmuck und Uhrensegment
  • Hohe Begeisterungsfähigkeit für unsere Marke und unsere Produkte
  • Gute Kenntnisse der deutschen und englischen Sprache
  • MS-Office-Kenntnisse und Freude an der Arbeit mit dem PC sowie idealerweise erste Erfahrungen mit SAP/ ERP
  • Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit, Loyalität, Serviceorientierung, Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und Professionalität
