Appian Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Business Analyst with expertise in Appian to join our team at Coforge.
About the Role:This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Prioritize work with the Product Owner and clarify requirements
- Project planning and tracking, responsible for performing gap analysis, coordinating with different teams and stakeholders, and assisting in testing
- Participate in relevant workshops to clarify requirements and scope definition
- Ensure sign-offs are secured to finalize documents
- Good to have experience in the investment banking domain
- Candidate needs to be well-versed in Trade Life Cycle
- Documentation of current state of systems or processes linked to this project
- Carrying out analysis required to iron-out or beef up business requirements
- Participate in applicable test phases ensuring systems are tested thoroughly according to business requirements and functional specification document
- Creation of applicable documentations (e.g. System documents) as and when applicable
- Support the Project Manager in completing applicable Non Functional Requirements (NFR)
- Maintain full and up-to-date understanding of business strategy
- Good understanding of Agile practices (Writing detailed Jira stories)
- Experience in performing analysis using various tools, like Excel, Word, PPT, Visios, and present the same to relevant stakeholders
- Understanding of Agile, Scrum, and associate software's like Jira, Confluence
- Need to be a good Team Leader with People Management & Problem Solving skills
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills i.e. both verbal & written
- Be a driven & fast-paced business analyst
- Can multitask
- Create team collaboration
- Able to say no or push back when needed
- Understand system integrations
- Worked in fast pace environment
- Worked with multiply product owners
- Worked with the Dev teams and other BA's
- Experience of applications for systems and delivery
