Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team. As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will be responsible for leading and supporting regional CRM initiatives and process optimizations that touch the wider CRM ecosystem across multiple business units and regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support regional CRM initiatives and process optimizations
  • Collaborate closely with regional, global, and local teams in Sales, IT, Commercial Excellence, and digital transformation
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Provide expert-level support for Salesforce administration and configuration
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration

Requirements:

  • University degree in business administration, economics, or a related field
  • Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in Pharma/Life Science industry, focusing on CRM and commercial roles within a Commercial Excellence environment
  • At least 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Admin, ideally in an international matrix-driven environment
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Salesforce Admin Certification (mandatory) and Business Analyst certification (preferred)
