Innovative Marketing Manager for International Projects

In this role, you will:

  • Design and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with both global objectives and local market needs.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, enabling the development of effective marketing tactics.
  • Collaborate closely with the Centre of Excellence to refine content strategies, optimize key performance indicators, and manage relationships with external agencies.
  • Engage with both global and local stakeholders to monitor and report on campaign performance metrics.
  • Create and manage centralized marketing materials for various sectors, including Healthcare Logistics and Aerospace, while also organizing webinars and participating in industry trade fairs.

Key Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong background in project management.
  • Fluency in German (C1) and English (C1).
  • Proven track record in developing customer personas, lead generation strategies, and conducting market research.
  • Experience in statistical analysis, A/B testing, and omnichannel marketing.
  • Familiarity with international matrix organizations and adeptness in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in brand management and online reputation is advantageous.
