Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Robotics Service Engineer to join our team in Germany. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Testing, Maintaining, and Repairing our shuttle systems at various customer sites across Germany.
- Supervising Assembly Teams during large repair or installation projects of mobile racks.
- Providing Mechanical Support and L1 and L2 support to our end-users and integrators via on-site, phone, and remote connections.
- Commissioning and Training customers on automated systems and racking systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Fluency in German and English languages.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Teams.
- Sociable, Eager to Learn, and Driven with a strong customer mindset.
- Self-Motivated and Problem-Solving Skills.
- Strong Communication Skills for effective collaboration with internal and external teams.
