Key Responsibilities:
- Product Leadership: You will oversee a pivotal team dedicated to developing features that enhance user activation, retention, and engagement across all mobile applications within the AVIV Group.
- Your role will involve identifying user challenges and crafting effective solutions to assist them in discovering their ideal properties.
- You will manage the complete product lifecycle, from initial design (discovery) through to launch (delivery) and ongoing evaluation (monitoring) and enhancement. Collaborating closely with technical and design teams will be essential to ensure rapid product delivery.
- User-Centric Approach: You will collect qualitative and quantitative insights to pinpoint user needs and challenges, working in tandem with Product Designers, User Researchers, and the Growth & Analytics teams.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilizing analytics tools, you will analyze user behavior and make informed decisions to enhance products based on key performance indicators and numerical assessments.
- Agile Methodologies: You will implement Discovery techniques to develop products swiftly, iteratively, and incrementally.
- Market Awareness: Staying informed about industry best practices and competitor offerings will be crucial to ensure we consistently deliver an exceptional user experience.
Candidate Profile:
- A minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Product Manager for consumer-facing applications.
- Ability to thrive in a distributed, cross-functional environment, collaborating closely with Product Designers and Developers to create impactful products.
- Strong listening, synthesis, and organizational skills.
- Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.
- Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in additional languages such as French or German is advantageous.
