Product Strategist

We're looking for a skilled Product Owner to amplify our impact globally, reaching more individuals and families than ever before.
Key Responsibilities- Translate business goals into product features, defining and breaking down features and product ideas into user stories and product requirements.
- Gather and analyze user feedback, collaborating with UX/UI Designers to facilitate user research and gather feedback from our customers.
- Communicate product vision, being the product ambassador and consistently communicating product vision, goals, and progress internally and externally.
- Prioritize tasks, assessing and prioritizing trade-offs based on technical constraints, user impact, and business value, ensuring timely and effective product delivery.
- Collaborate cross-functionally, working alongside software engineers, UX/UI designers, marketing, and sales teams to ensure smooth product launches and feature rollouts.
- Monitor performance and iterate, regularly evaluating product performance using key metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and leading iterative product enhancements.
- Create and maintain product documentation, ensuring all product requirements, user stories, technical specifications, and other documentation are thoroughly documented and kept up-to-date throughout the product development process.
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an agile development environment, preferably within a startup or fast-paced organization.
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful digital product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, with hands-on experience in scrum, kanban, and working in cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands.
- Experience with user research and customer-centric product development, with a focus on improving user experience and solving user pain points.
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey product vision and requirements to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency with product management tools such as Jira, Miro, Figma, Notion, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, monitor KPIs, and make informed decisions based on metrics.
- This position requires on-site presence in our Berlin office.
- You are eligible to work within the EU.
