Position Overview

We are in search of a Compliance Manager to become a vital part of our Legal Department, working full-time or a minimum of 35 hours per week. The key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Establishing a robust compliance management framework to oversee potential risks and compliance breaches
  • Collaborating closely with the Legal Department to ensure seamless coordination
  • Maintaining regular communication with the corporate compliance team
  • Identifying and assessing legal risks and their implications, while formulating and executing effective solutions
  • Offering practical legal recommendations to management and various departments to mitigate compliance risks
  • Creating compliance standards, processes, and guidelines, and ensuring their operational implementation
  • Addressing inquiries related to compliance matters
  • Conducting internal compliance assessments
  • Providing training to employees on compliance protocols
  • Engaging in ongoing research and analysis of new legal requirements relevant to our products and online presence
Qualifications
  • A completed degree in Business Law or a related field
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in compliance within a data-processing organization
  • A self-motivated and goal-oriented approach to work
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual abilities
  • Strong proficiency in communication, both in English and German
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications and project management tools
