Your Responsibilities
- Addressing user inquiries and incidents escalated from the first level of support.
- Diagnosing and categorizing issues and requests, followed by resolving problems as part of the second level support.
- Documenting and tracking service tickets effectively.
- Providing user assistance through remote support solutions.
- Collaborating closely with third-level support teams.
- Assisting in evaluation and project-related tasks.
- Contributing to the development of FAQs, documentation, and user manuals.
Your Profile
- Completed training as an IT specialist or an equivalent qualification.
- Proficient knowledge in one or more of the following areas: client hardware and software, Apple Mac systems, printers, and office applications.
- Strong command of the German language.
- High level of customer and user orientation.
- A proactive, solution-focused work approach with a service-oriented mindset.
