We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Agile Account Manager to join our team at Delphi HR-Consulting. As a key player in our sales team, you will be responsible for expanding our business with regional and global key account customers in the packaging industry.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships with key account customers in the packaging industry.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential customers.
- Manage and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to drive business growth.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
- Qualified vocational training or university degree in a relevant field.
- Proven sales experience and success in B2B business within the packaging industry.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key account customers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Business fluent language skills in Dutch and English, with German being an advantage.
