Order Management Specialist (m/f/d)

Location: Saarlouis

Employment Type: Minijob, Shift, Part-time - Evening, Part-time - Shift, Full-time

We are actively seeking enthusiastic Order Management Specialists (m/f/d) in the Saarbrücken region to assist our clients in the service sector with telephonic support and data management.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Providing customer service and managing orders
  • Updating and maintaining master data
  • Conducting follow-up conversations
  • Clarifying contract specifics
  • Working hours from Monday to Friday, 11:00 am to 8:00 pm
  • Potential work on public holidays and Saturdays
  • Relevant roles include Dialog Marketing Employee, Telephonist, Call Center Agent, Telephone Customer Service Representative, Back Office Clerk (m/f/d)
Your Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Proficient in German
  • Computer literacy
  • Enjoyment in engaging with people
  • Team-oriented, solution-focused, strong negotiation skills, adaptable
  • Open to entry-level candidates
