As our International Activation & Engagement Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping our global digital marketing strategy and leveraging marketing technologies to drive data-driven promotion and brand experiences.
Your Responsibilities:- Develop and execute global digital marketing activities, focusing on data-driven promotion and brand experience mechanisms.
- Lead the creative development of international brand activations and engagement activities, prioritizing first-party data collection and user data enrichment.
- Provide internal consulting services for international communication initiatives with digital touchpoints.
- Create presentations and documentation on tools, systems, policies, and trainings to foster a culture of sharing best practices.
- Develop and manage a results-oriented international community for marketing technologies.
- Analyze internal adoption rates of marketing technology and develop measures to positively influence them, as well as analyze internal usage and consumer data in the context of our international marketing strategy.
- A master's degree and several years of professional experience in marketing.
- Experience in developing and independently managing integrated communication campaigns.
- High-level consulting expertise and the ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions and technologies.
- A convincing and engaging attitude when working with international colleagues and cross-functional teams.
- A structured and results-oriented approach to work.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English, as well as experience working with diverse stakeholders.
