International Marketing Manager

At Dr. Oetker, we are seeking an experienced International Marketing Manager to lead our global digital marketing activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and a proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement global digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and engagement.
  • Lead the creative development of international brand activations and engagement activities.
  • Manage the internal consulting role for all international communication initiatives with digital touchpoints.
  • Develop and manage a results-oriented and international community for marketing technologies.
  • Analyze internal adoption rates of marketing technology and develop measures to positively influence them.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Several years of professional experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong consulting expertise and ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions and technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English.
