Global Digital Marketing Lead

Dr. Oetker is seeking a skilled Global Digital Marketing Lead to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing global digital marketing strategies that drive business growth.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute global digital marketing strategies that align with our business objectives.
  • Lead the creative development of international brand activations and engagement activities.
  • Manage the use of marketing technologies to drive data-driven promotion and brand experience mechanisms.
  • Provide internal consulting services for all international communication initiatives with digital touchpoints.
  • Develop and manage a results-orientated and international community for marketing technologies.
  • Analyze internal adoption rates of marketing technology and develop measures to positively influence them.

What You Need

  • A master's degree and several years of professional experience in the marketing field.
  • Experience in developing and managing integrated communication campaigns.
  • High-level consulting expertise and the ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions and technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English.
