Your Role:
In the capacity of a Contract and Bid Manager (f/m/d), you will be pivotal to Delos Cloud, overseeing the comprehensive process of responding to external tenders. This position demands a strategic and meticulous professional adept at navigating contractual stipulations and crafting persuasive bids to secure business opportunities. Your proficiency in European procurement legislation will be instrumental in advising on procurement-related issues for Delos Cloud's collaboration with the German government.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tender Evaluation: Scrutinize external tenders and requests for proposals (RFPs) to comprehend client needs, goals, and assessment criteria.
- Bid Development: Partner with cross-functional teams to compile information and formulate comprehensive bid responses, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Contract Oversight: Examine, negotiate, and manage contractual agreements, ensuring adherence to legal and business standards.
- Proposal Crafting: Develop compelling and customized proposals that showcase the company's strengths, capabilities, and unique value propositions.
- Risk Analysis: Perform risk assessments related to bid submissions and contracts, providing insights to senior management for informed decision-making.
- Costing Strategies: Collaborate with finance and relevant departments to create precise cost models and pricing strategies for bids.
- Timeline Management: Oversee timelines and deadlines for bid submissions, ensuring prompt and high-quality responses to meet client requirements.

What You Bring:
- In-depth knowledge of European procurement law.

- Comprehensive understanding of IT industry trends, services, and solutions.
- Strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously.
