Position:

**Logistics Coordinator**

Key Responsibilities:
  • **Daily Operations Management**: Monitor and manage the daily loading material needs to ensure seamless logistics operations.
  • **Logistics Coordination**: Handle the logistics and coordination of loading materials for various company locations, including Zentis.
  • **Invoice Verification**: Ensure accurate and timely invoice verification to maintain financial integrity.
  • **Account Management**: Maintain loading material accounts in collaboration with suppliers and clients to foster strong business relationships.
  • **Inventory Management**: Assist in annual inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize losses.
  • **Warehouse Operations**: Load and unload trucks at pallet areas, sort, and prepare loading materials to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
Requirements:
  • **Education**: Completed training in logistics or a related field.
  • **Experience**: Several years of experience in warehouse and logistics, preferably in a similar role at Zentis.
  • **Certifications**: Valid forklift license preferred.
