In this newly created position, you will join the Value Engineering Program Management Team as we embark on the next phase of our expansion.

The Role:
As a Customer Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our strategic initiatives, gaining invaluable insights that shape and drive execution. You will design and implement programs across various departments, primarily focused on Value Engineering, while also collaborating with Product, Sales, Strategy & Operations, Finance, Ecosystem, Services, and more.

Your experience here will equip you with vital operational and entrepreneurial skills as you develop strategies, navigate program trajectories, and lead execution efforts. You will ensure the success of programs by managing all associated workstreams through effective communication and accountability. You will take charge of certain workstreams and guide teams on others, while also reporting on program progress and success to our leadership.
