Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of software engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise to ensure high-quality delivery of projects.
  • Collaborate with product management to define technical requirements, develop product roadmaps, and prioritize features.
  • Develop and maintain technical standards, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring timely delivery of projects and minimizing downtime.
  • Contribute to the development of technical strategies, aligning with business objectives and industry trends.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in software development, with a minimum of 2 years in technical leadership or management.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams, delivering complex projects, and driving technical innovation.
  • Strong technical expertise in software development, with a focus on scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
