Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee project management, planning, and execution in the product realization process, ensuring compliance with IATF16949 standards.
  • Provide technical guidance, support, and documentation for process development and optimization projects, including the creation of relevant working documents and process descriptions.
  • Participate in the implementation and enhancement of production systems, methodologies, and manufacturing technologies, aligned with the management system.
  • Develop production drawings based on customer specifications or CAD models utilizing Autodesk Inventor.
  • Serve as the primary technical liaison for clients, machinery and system manufacturers, as well as suppliers of materials and components during the inquiry and project phases.
  • Manage customer support and engagement.
  • Conduct technical feasibility assessments, pricing calculations, and prepare quotations for customer inquiries.
  • Drive the acquisition of new clients.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Holds a technical degree as an engineer, industrial engineer, or technician in mechanical engineering/production technology or a related field, with experience in metal machining processes.
  • Possesses initial professional experience in project management, preferably within the automotive sector.
  • Demonstrates practical knowledge in costing, quotation preparation, price negotiations, and effective customer communication.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken German and English.
