About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Project Manager to join our team at Linde Engineering in Dresden. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving Green Hydrogen projects for our clients by developing technical and commercial proposals based on our EPC capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage technical and commercial proposals for Green Hydrogen projects
  • Engage with customers to understand their business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs
  • Manage interdisciplinary teams and proposal activities across engineering disciplines
  • Guide customers towards best-fit concepts and negotiate contracts
  • Manage client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
  • Prepare internal bid/no-bid decisions, proposal approval meetings, and management reporting
Requirements
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or combined engineering and business administration
  • Work experience in sales, proposal, and/or project management in a related industry
  • Outstanding capabilities to develop first-of-its-kind solutions and motivation to drive EPC projects during the BD & sales phases
  • Understanding of process engineering, mechanical engineering, and electro-chemical technologies
  • Customer-orientation with good business acumen, effective communication, and strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, dynamic cross-functional team environment
  • Self-reliance and drive to go the extra mile to win projects
  • Fluency in English, both verbally and in writing; German is beneficial
