We are seeking a skilled Account Manager specializing in wound care (m/f/d) to enhance our customer engagement in the northern region of Rheinland-Pfalz. Your Responsibilities:

  • Execute all sales and marketing initiatives for the designated business segment within your territory.
  • Advocate for our innovative concepts and products to drive revenue growth for medical practices, home care, and nursing services.
  • Expand HARTMANN's market presence by nurturing existing client relationships and attracting new customers.
  • Organize and lead customer workshops, training sessions, and participate in key projects, trade shows, and client events.

What We Expect:

  • A background in business, nursing (e.g., nursing professional), or pharmaceutical/natural sciences (PTA/PKA) is advantageous.
  • Several years of experience in selling complex products is essential.
  • Strong customer focus, excellent communication skills, motivation, organizational skills, sales acumen, and the ability to manage change and conflict effectively.
  • An established network within the region and target audience is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with internal customer processes and structures is crucial.
  • Willingness to travel frequently is required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is necessary.
  • A valid driver's license Class B is required.
