About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Reporting Manager to join our team at the Nordex Group. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for supporting the global annual and quarterly tax reporting processes for IFRS.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage internal and external communication with relevant stakeholders on tax matters, including our anchor shareholder.
- Support the improvement and strategic development of tax reporting and tax compliance processes on group level, including participation in tax-related digitalization and automation projects.
- Support on further topics related to tax reporting and tax compliance, such as country-by-country reporting.
- Support the strategic development of the tax compliance management system (TCMS).
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in taxation and accounting, with a focus on IFRS. You should have at least 3 years of relevant work experience gained in an in-house tax function or an international tax consulting or accounting firm.
Requirements
- University Degree (m/w/d) in the area of business, economics, or law with a focus on taxation or accounting or a comparable qualification.
- Excellent knowledge in tax compliance and tax accounting acc. to IFRS.
- Good knowledge in tax processes development is a plus.
- Good knowledge in MS-Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge in business process modeling (e.g. BPMN software) and SAP is a plus.
- Excellent language skills in English and German; Spanish is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to discuss complex tax issues with non-experts.
- Analytical mind set and an independent and conscientious way of working.
