About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to join our team at ABOUT YOU. As a key member of our Tax department, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with tax regulations for our national and international business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize our financial performance
- Manage tax reporting and compliance for our global operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure tax implications are considered in business decisions
- Communicate with tax authorities and external consultants to resolve any tax-related issues
- Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and implement new requirements
Requirements
- Relevant degree in economics or finance, with a focus on taxation
- Proven experience in tax management or a related field
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems
