Tax Reporting Manager

Join the Nordex Group as a Tax Reporting Manager and contribute to the success of our global tax compliance processes.
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Tax Reporting Manager to support the global annual and quarterly tax reporting processes for IFRS. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing internal and external communication with relevant stakeholders on tax matters, including our anchor shareholder.
You will also support the improvement and strategic development of tax reporting and tax compliance processes on a group level, including participation in tax-related digitalization and automation projects. Additionally, you will support on further topics related to tax reporting and tax compliance, such as country-by-country reporting.
As a Tax Reporting Manager, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our tax compliance management system (TCMS) and support its strategic development.
About YouWe are looking for a highly qualified individual with a university degree in business, economics, or law, with a focus on taxation or accounting. You should have at least 3 years of relevant work experience gained in an in-house tax function or an international tax consulting or accounting firm.
You should have good knowledge in tax compliance and tax accounting according to IFRS, as well as excellent language skills in English and German. Spanish is a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to discuss complex tax issues with non-experts are essential.
