Digital Project Manager for E-Commerce

Job Title: Project Manager - E-Commerce
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • A completed degree in business administration, information technology, or engineering, ideally with a specialization in digital commerce and e-commerce/marketing.
  • Extensive experience in project management, with proficiency in both agile and traditional methodologies.
  • A structured and results-driven approach, demonstrating a high level of accountability, strategic insight, and an entrepreneurial mindset to foster innovative ideas.
  • Strong analytical capabilities for leveraging data and metrics, with the ability to formulate solutions based on thorough data analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, customer-centric thinking, and proficient stakeholder management.
  • A technological inclination and familiarity with contemporary e-commerce platforms and software enhancements are advantageous.
  • Proficiency in German is required.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING WITH US
  • Managing an overview of all ongoing and upcoming e-commerce projects, including accountability, budget management, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Conducting complex analyses independently to develop business cases and create strategic roadmaps.
  • Collaborating on the conceptualization and development of solution strategies while considering potential opportunities and risks.
  • Estimating resources and creating project plans to initiate new projects in an organized manner.
  • Overseeing project management and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful project completion.
  • Ensuring quality assurance of projects and managing the acceptance process to validate all changes and minimize errors.
  • Supporting the go-live process with comprehensive checklists, documentation, training, and transition to daily operations.
