Your Responsibilities:
- Lead and control projects for complex digital solutions from integrated edge devices over cloud/business applications to UI/App solutions, from the idea until go-live and maintenance phase.
- Manage organizational interfaces between the project team, customer divisions, and suppliers to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
- Support product owners in creating business cases, delivery milestones, and KPIs to drive project success.
- Estimate and manage efforts and costs to ensure project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Challenge the team to cover all necessary surrounding aspects, such as integration, testing, security, and privacy.
- Communicate and report to stakeholders to ensure project visibility and transparency.
Your Qualifications:
- Academic degree in Computer Science, Business, or equivalent.
- More than 7 years of practical experience in managing digital solution projects, distributed systems, and/or big automotive projects in areas like car networks, autonomous driving, fleet management, or similar.
- Deep experience in classical and agile project management methods and strong analytical capabilities.
- Deep technical knowledge in distributed systems, testing, integration, and operations.
- High ability to integrate and drive the team to success with a strong focus on the product vision.
- Digital native with experience in using modern tools and services, and sales experience could be an advantage.
- Ability to speak, understand, and write German and English fluently.
