Deine Aufgaben:

  • Als Organisationstalent strukturierst du den Büroalltag des Center Managements Phoenix Center Hamburg-Harburg (PCH) in flexiblen Arbeitszeiten und behältst alle Termine im Blick.
  • Du erledigst allgemeine Sekretariatsarbeiten, führst Schriftverkehr, nimmst interne und externe Anrufe entgegen und unterstützt die zentrale Verwaltung.
  • Als Assistant des Technical Managers bildest du die Schnittstelle der Kommunikation zu unseren Dienstleistern, dem TÜV und Wartungsfirmen.
  • Verantwortest du die Rechnungsbearbeitungen und Angebotseinholungen im Bereich Facility Management und unterstützt den Technical Manager im Fristenmanagement sowie bei der Erstellung von Auswertungen.
  • Unterstützt du den Technical Manager bei der Erstellung von Auswertungen und im Fristenmanagement.

Dein Profil:

  • Für diese Aufgaben hast du erfolgreich eine kaufmännische Ausbildung abgeschlossen und konntest einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienverwaltung oder im Facility Management sammeln.
  • Du hast Verständnis für technische Belange und eine Affinität zu Zahlen.
  • Dein Organisationstalent, deine hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung sowie deine Kommunikationsstärke zeichnen dich aus.
  • Ein versierter Umgang mit MS Word, Excel und PowerPoint ist für dich selbstverständlich.
