In this capacity, you will be tasked with managing all aspects of office operations and facilities within a mid to large-scale office environment. Your responsibilities will include crafting and executing strategies that ensure the office runs efficiently while fostering a professional and welcoming atmosphere that embodies the values of dentsu.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Space Coordination: Organizing seating arrangements and facilitating employee and departmental relocations.
  • Office Relocation Management: Overseeing office transitions and collaborating with staff, supervisors, and IT teams.
  • Space Needs Assessment: Evaluating office space requirements in line with company expansion in partnership with the Real Estate and Facilities Manager.
  • Office Renovation Support: Assisting in the planning and execution of office build-outs and refurbishments.
  • Relationship Management: Maintaining connections with essential facilities and administrative contacts.
  • Security and Continuity Oversight: Managing office security protocols, parking allocations, and business continuity strategies.
