Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead for our Software Development team in Embedded Automation. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of software developers and engineers to design, develop, and implement software solutions for our embedded automation systems.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of software developers and engineers to design, develop, and implement software solutions for our embedded automation systems.
  • Develop and maintain software architecture and design patterns for our embedded automation systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software solutions meet business requirements and are delivered on time.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Identify and prioritize software development projects and allocate resources accordingly.
  • Develop and maintain software development processes and procedures to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software development and leadership roles.
  • Strong technical skills in software development, architecture, and design patterns.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
