FairCap is a private equity firm with offices in Munich, Milan, and London. We specialize in acquiring mid-sized companies undergoing significant transitions, such as transformations, carve-outs, management buyouts (MBOs), and management buy-ins (MBIs). Our approach to investing is holistic, considering financial, ecological, and social aspects. After acquisition, we work closely with the management team, adopting a more hands-on and sustainable approach than many others in our industry.
Our goal for the next few years is to significantly expand our talented and highly qualified team by recruiting exceptional professionals. To achieve these growth objectives and manage the complete HR cycle at FairCap, we are seeking a part-time HR Manager for our headquarters in Munich.
Your Role: Strategic HR Partner- Develop, implement, and refine an effective recruiting strategy to attract top talent across all levels.
- Engage in active sourcing and social media recruitment, including creating target company lists, conducting thorough candidate research, and initiating direct outreach.
- Coordinate interviews, conduct phone screenings, and lead initial interviews to identify suitable candidates.
- Select, present, and secure the best talent for FairCap's portfolio companies.
- Take ownership of the entire HR lifecycle at FairCap, encompassing HR strategy development, operational recruitment, contract creation, onboarding, ongoing training, and employer branding initiatives.
- Focus on recruiting C-level executives (management, finance, HR, procurement, controlling) for our portfolio companies.
- Cultivate a strong employer brand and oversee all marketing activities, particularly social media communication, to enhance FairCap's and its portfolio companies' perception and attract both young talent and experienced experts in a creative and successful manner.
- Serve as the primary internal contact for HR-related matters and foster a positive and supportive work environment (Feel-Good Management).
You possess a university degree in economics or a related field with strong business acumen. You have at least 3-4 years of experience in recruiting and developing professionals, executives, and high potentials within a private equity firm, consulting firm, startup, or a rapidly growing industrial company.
You are passionate about working with people, possess excellent listening skills, and inspire trust. International experience and fluency in English are essential components of your profile.
