Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to support business objectives and drive employee engagement.
- Manage the employee life cycle, including recruitment, talent development, and employee relations.
- Collaborate with the management team to make key personnel decisions and provide strategic HR guidance.
- Oversee the administration of personnel contracts, benefits, and compensation.
- Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Provide HR support to management and employees, including training, coaching, and conflict resolution.
