We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to join our team at Redseven Entertainment GmbH as a Lead HR Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the generalist HR function and providing optimal HR support to our production, editorial, and post-production teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to support business objectives and drive employee engagement.
  • Manage the employee life cycle, including recruitment, talent development, and employee relations.
  • Collaborate with the management team to make key personnel decisions and provide strategic HR guidance.
  • Oversee the administration of personnel contracts, benefits, and compensation.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Provide HR support to management and employees, including training, coaching, and conflict resolution.
  • Manage HR projects and initiatives, including diversity and inclusion, employee engagement, and talent development.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in the media or entertainment industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
